摘    要:本文从塑性弯曲理论推出了用逐步逼近弯曲求解型材弯曲弹复曲率的实用方法,对型材自动化弯曲成形工艺处理回弹问题十分有效。

Abstract:In dealing with the bending spring back problem arisen from frame forming production, either empirical or theoretical method is usually employed. The theoretical approach suffers from low accuracy of prediction due to the complexity of bending process. The empirical approach requires skillful bending operation, and its resulting accuracy depends highly on the operator's personal experience.This paper presents a rational approach which can rapidly determine frame bending spring back, which applies the trial and error method.This present method, which is derived from plastic working theory and includes many complicated factors, can meet the demand of high form accuracy within only two or three trials.Practice shows that this method is applicable to automatic frame forming operation.
