| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the internal causes of adoption of the mode of pricing by bill of quantities instead of traditional pricing mode,points out the basic differences between the two modes of pricing,and puts forward suggestions on ensuring winning a tender with reasonable low price under the mode of pricing by bill of quantities. |
