岩沥青改性沥青胶结料流变特性研究

摘    要:针对岩沥青改性沥青胶结料的流变特性,通过动态剪切(DSR)、弯曲梁流变(BBR)、布氏旋转粘度试验,用PG分级评价体系对不同种类、不同掺量的岩沥青改性沥青进行性能测试与分析。动态剪切流变仪和弯曲梁流变仪为建立某时段蠕变曲线和劲度模量提供依据,Brookfield旋转粘度计通过计算剪切速率和剪应力测量沥青高温粘度。试验结果分析表明:加入岩沥青后沥青胶结料的PG高温等级提高、抗车辙因子增大、复数模量指数(GTS)增大、大大提高了沥青的高温稳定性和降低了温度敏感性,且随着掺量的增加变化幅度增大;岩沥青掺量控制在一定范围内,不会对沥青胶结料的低温性能产生大的不利影响。

Abstract:Aiming at rheology characteristics of gilsonite modified bitumen,the gilsonite performances of various kind and dosage are compared and analyzed with PG appraisal system through DSR,BBR and Brookfield revolving viscosity tests.DSR and BBR tests can offer gist for founding creeping curve and stiffness modulus in some time.By calculating shearing rate and shearing strength,brookfield test can measure the high temperature viscosity of bitumen.The experiments indicate that the high temperature grades are enhanced,the anti-rutting factor and the GTS value increased,the high temperature stability enhanced greatly and the thermal sensitivity reduced after bitumen modification.If the dosage of gilsonite is controlled to certain extent,it would have no considerably adverse influence on low temperature performance.
