摘    要:选取4种典型隔振器为对象,垂向或侧挂安装在船舶通海管路系统中,采用跟踪仪等设备在3个不同阶段测量了隔振器在X,Y,Z三个方向的变形情况。测试结果表明,在设备安装后管路安装前,隔振器变形均不大;在管路刚安装完成时,隔振器在X,Y,Z三个方向均会发生明显的拉伸或压缩变形,在系统运行阶段,隔振器变形在X,Y,Z三个方向均无明显变化。因此,在管路安装过程中,应严格控制管路安装外力,避免隔振器出现异常变形、降低其隔振效果。

Abstract:The four types of typical vibration isolators were chosen as the objects, they were installed vertically or in side at the sea pipeline, the deformation in X, Y, Z directions for vibration isolators were measured at three stages by tracking instrument and other instruments. The results showed that the vibration isolators deformed little after equipment was installed but pipeline not. The vibration isolators were stretched or constricted obviously in all X, Y, Z directions when pipelines were installed. It showed that the pipeline installation had little effect on deformation of vibration isolators. At the system operation stage, the deformation of vibration isolators had no obvious change in X, Y, Z directions. Therefore, during pipeline installation, the external force should be controlled satirically to avoid abnormal deformation of vibration isolator and reduce vibration isolation effect.
