摘    要:复合材料船舶减振降噪性能优越,对实现降低船舶振动响应、提升船舶安静性的目标具有积极意义。本文基于FEA和SEA理论,在有限元软件Abaqus和统计能量分析软件VA-One中分别对复合材料船舶低中频段、高频段振动响应噪声进行数值模拟。通过改变复合材料厚度和铺层工艺,提出2种优化方案。船舶振动噪声数值预报结果表明,振动源周边位置即主机基座的结构设计对于船舶减振降噪性能影响较大,改进后的优化方案2相对于初步设计方案的平均振动总级降低2.8 dB,相对于钢制船舶降低5.1 dB,说明复合材料船建造可通过改变工艺提高减振降噪性能。

Numerical method for vibration and noise reduction of composite ships

Abstract:The composite ship has superior vibration and noise reduction performance,and has positive significance for reducing the ship's vibration response and improving the quietness of the ship.Based on FEA and SEA theory,this paper numerically simulates the low-frequency and high-frequency vibration response noise of composite ships in finite element software Abaqus and statistical energy analysis software VA-One respectively.Two optimization schemes have been proposed by changing by changing the thickness of the composite material and the lamination process.The numerical prediction results of ship vibration and noise show that the structural design of the surrounding position of the vibration source,that is,the main pedestal,has a great influence on the ship's vibration and noise reduction performance.The average vibration level of the optimization scheme 2 is reduced by 2.8 dB in contrast with the preliminary design.Compared with the steel ship,it is reduced by 5.1 dB.The results of this study show that the construction of the material ship can improve the vibration and noise reduction performance by changing the process.
