摘    要:船舶汽轮发电机组的运行环境和调节需求异于陆地电厂。针对机组在负荷扰动后的稳定需求,以陆用汽发机组典型数学模型为基础,建立了考虑汽缸效率变化的船用机组汽阀、锅炉协调控制模型,以转速、主汽压为目标状态量设计了零动态控制律,并通过PSCAD软件仿真验证。结果表明,相较于传统PID控制,所设计的控制律能有效降低状态量与设计值的偏差,有利于机组在负荷扰动后恢复稳定。

Abstract:In comparison with land power station,shipboard turbo-generator has different operation environment and regulation requirements.Aiming at stabilization requirement of turbine unit after load disturbance,on base of classical model of land turbine unit,coordination control model of shipboard turbine valve and boiler considering cylinder efficiency change is built,and zero dynamic control law targeting unit speed and main pressure is designed.Simulation Result indicates that,comparing with PID control method,deviation with rated values of system variables are effectively reduced under the designed control,which is advantageous to system stabilization after sudden load change.
