摘    要:单壳体水下航行器开孔加强结构由于受到外形限制,往往需采用非对称围壁结构进行加强,传统解析解给出了对称围壁加强的计算方法,但其是否适应于单壳体水下航行器单边加强(加强围壁外伸部分非常短)的结构有待研究。本文针对典型单壳体开孔非对称围壁加强结构,开展解析解分析与有限元仿真分析的对比研究。通过调整非对称围壁相关参数,对比解析解与有限元解的圆柱壳开孔孔边中面周向应力与围壁中面周向应力值,分析围壁不同参数对于孔边应力集中的影响规律,对解析解与有限元解偏差原因进行了探讨,为工程设计提供参考。

Abstract:It is necessary to use asymmetric bulkhead for the strengthen the opening on the cylindrical hull.The traditional analytical solution is doubted to be appropriate for the asymmetric bulkhead.This paper presents the calculation results using both analytical solution and FEM method based on the model of asymmetric bulkhead on cylindrical hull.During the simulation,the radius of asymmetric bulkhead on cylindrical hull were changed and the stresses of the opening on the cylindrical hull were studied.The variations of concentration of the stress for different thinkness of asymmetric bulkhead on cylindrical hull were investigated.The different height outside the shell is also studied.The errors between analytical solution and FEM are analyzed.All these could be helpful for future design with similar structures.
