摘    要:和开采海底原油一样,在海上深水区开采天然气田需要使用特定的浮式装置,FLNG概念使之从图纸变为现实。以正在开发研究的FLNG为例,介绍了FLNG的基本概念及开发FLNG经历的几个阶段,并具体介绍了转塔系泊系统、LNG卸货方式、LNG工艺技术等主要技术,分析、比较和论证了适用于本FLNG的货物围护系统方案,阐述了LNG液货晃荡压力计算方法和上部模块支墩结构的设计原则,最后总结了FLNG的技术开发的技术特点。本研究成果可以为今后开展FLNG设计提供参考,所提供的设计原则及相应的经验可供相关设计人员借鉴。

Abstract:Similar to the exploitation of offshore crude oil,the exploitation of natural gas fields in deep sea water areas requires the use of specific floating devices,the concept of FLNG makes it possible to convert the drawings into reality.Taking FLNG to be researched as an example,this paper introduces the basic concepts of FLNG and several stages of developing FLNG,and introduces the main technologies of turret mooring system,LNG offloading technology and LNG process technology in detail.It also analyses and compares the scheme demonstration of cargo containment system which is suitable for the target FLNG,and expounds the calculation method of LNG sloshing pressure and the structure design principle of topside module.Finally,the technical characteristics of FLNG technology development are summarized.The results of this study can provide reference for the future development of FLNG design.The design principles and corresponding experience can be used for reference by relevant designers.
