论新时期大学发展战略的哲学基础

大学作为以教书育人、科学研究、服务社会、文化传承为职能的公共组织，有其特有的属性，这种属性与其它的公共组织不同，更多地表现为观念性，而非物质性的存在，这种存在实质上就是大学的精神内核，是一种哲学性的存在．从历史上看，大学从诞生起，便以哲学为依据，在发展的价值取向和路径选择上受哲学思想的影响．中国的大学在经历了一个膨胀式发展期后，针对当前重物质轻精神，重技轻“道”的现状，应从哲学根基上进行反思，为新的发展规划提供一般意义上的战略指导．
