| 摘 要： | 在C70摩托车铝合金车轮开发设计中,通过借助CAE软件对车轮结构进行再生优化设计定型,并对结构定型后的车轮铸造生产过程进行仿真模拟,大大降低了车轮模具制造完成后因结构及铸造工艺不成熟导致的反复修模甚至报废的风险,有效缩短了车轮开发及制造生命管理周期,为客户产品以最快的速度投放市场赢得了宝贵时间。

| Abstract: | In the design of the development of C70 motorcycle aluminum alloy wheels, the CAE software is used to optimize the design finalization of the wheel structure and make a analogue simulation of the production process of the wheel casting after the structure finalization, thus greatly lessening the repairing of dies repeatedly and the risk of dies rejection, effectively shorting the cycle of development and the service life of the wheel. |
