Abstract:In today's society,automobiles have developed into people's daily transportation tools.Faster and more comfortable vehicles have become the research direction of automobiles in the future.Therefore,suspension systems have become people's primary research goals.This design takes the two-seater electric vehicle rear suspension as the research object.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two types of suspension,the suspension type that is most suitable for the two-seater electric vehicle rear suspension is selected,and the non-independent suspension is used to achieve the purpose of simple manufacture,convenient maintenance and simple structure.The article calculates the elastic elements and shock absorbers of the rear suspension,determines and checks the specific values of the elastic elements and shock absorbers and other parts,to ensure that the calculated data meet the design requirements and makes use of CATIA modeling.
