| 摘 要： | 《国家职业教育改革实施方案》从国家层面构建了职业教育标准,启动"学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书"制度,即"1+X"证书制度。基于1+X证书制度探索汽车检测与维修技术专业的师资队伍建设十分必要。本文从1+X证书制度视角看高职汽修专业师资队伍现状,分析高职汽修专业师资队伍建设举措,希望有助于师资队伍建设。

| Abstract: | The“National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan”establishes vocational education standards at the national level,and launches the“diploma certificate+several vocational skill level certificates”system,that is,the“1+X”certificate system.Based on the 1+X certificate system,it is necessary to explore the construction of a faculty of automobile inspection and maintenance technology.This article looks at the status quo of the faculty of higher vocational auto repair professionals from the perspective of the 1+X certificate system,and analyzes the measures for the construction of the professional faculty of higher vocational auto repair,hoping to contribute to the construction of the teaching team. |
