浅谈汽车类学生跟岗实习日常管理工作 ——以四川信息职业技术学院为例

四川信息职业技术学院汽车类学生根据人才培养方案中的教学计划要求,在校期间的学习过程中,需要深入到企业中进行为期一个月的跟岗实习,利用实习的机会可以加强学生的综合素养。但是最近几年学生在实习的过程中也产生了很多的问题:例如缺少职业素养、不能较好地服从企业管理等问题。文章主要从企业、学校、指导老师、学生等层面来浅析学生跟岗实习日常管理工作。通过实践取得了良好的预期效果,愿为高职院校圆满地完成汽车类学生跟岗实习及管理工作提供借鉴。

A Brief Discussion on the Daily Management of the Internship for Automobile Students--Taking Sichuan Information Vocational and Technical College as an Example

According to the requirements of the teaching plan in the talent training program for automobile students in Sichuan Institute of information technology.During the learning process in school,it is necessary to go deep into the enterprise for a month's internship,which can strengthen the students'comprehensive quality.But in recent years,students in the process of internship also produced a lot of problems.For example,the lack of professional quality,can not better obey the enterprise management and other issues.This paper mainly from the enterprise,school,instructor,students and other aspects to analyze the daily management of student internship.Through practice,good expected results have been achieved,which is willing to provide reference for higher vocational colleges to successfully complete the internship and management of automobile students.
