摘    要:自主汽车企业在标准化方面仍有进步空间,而电气硬件架构是所有电气规范建立的基础,因此,建立标准的电气硬件架构,有助于自主车企在此基础上逐步形成和完善自己的标准体系。文章搭建了一种基于PROFINET的生产线电气硬件架构,并以此为基础,进行智能制造相关功能的拓展,对类似生产线电气设计有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The electrical hardware architecture is the basis for the establishment of all electrical specifications.The establishment and continuous improvement of the electrical hardware architecture will help improve the standardization system of independent auto companies.This article builds a production line electrical hardware architecture based on PROFINET.Moreover,the expansion of functions related to intelligent manufacturing is reserved,which has certain reference value for the electrical design of similar production lines.
