基于“PDCA”循环模式的安全原理课程改革

摘    要:《安全原理》是安全工程专业的专业核心课程,课程教学模式对安全工程的人才的培养质量有着举足轻重的作用。本文在分析课程的特点和现状的基础上,结合本校的办学定位、专业人才培养目标和生源情况,以岗位需求为出发点,以专业核心能力为成果导向,对教学过程的每部分应用PDCA循环法教学,制定授课计划阶段、实施阶段、检查阶段和处理阶段,及时发现教学实施阶段中存在的问题,为进一步提高教学质量提供依据。通过课程资源建设、课程内容重构、教学方法改革、考核方式改革等多方面提高学生的学习效果。

Course Reform of Safety Principles based on the“PDCA”Cycle Model

Abstract:“Safety Principles”is a professional core course for safety engineering.The teaching mode of the course plays a decisive role in the quality of personnel training in safety engineering.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and current situation of the courses,this article combines the school's orientation,professional talent training goals and student sources,takes the job requirements as the starting point,takes the professional core competence as the result-oriented,and applies the PDCA cycle method to each part of the teaching process to formulate the teaching plan stage,implementation stage,inspection stage and processing stage,so as to discover the problems in the teaching implementation stage in time,and provide a basis for further improving the quality of teaching.Through the construction of curriculum resources,the reconstruction of curriculum content,the reform of teaching methods,the reform of assessment methods,etc.,students'learning effects are improved.
