| 摘 要： | 先张法预应力混凝土空心板在施工过程中,特别是在混凝土浇灌后的早期强度生成过程中易产生裂缝。文章以内蒙古境内的白音察干-集宁高速公路第二合同段预制先张法预应力混凝土空心板施工为例,分析了产生裂缝的主要影响因素,提出了预防措施,同时强调加强施工过程中关键工序的控制,特别是混凝土板的早期强度生成养护及有效地降低水泥水化热乃是控制或消除混凝土空心板表面裂缝的关键。

| Abstract: | The pretensioned concrete voided slabs under construction,especially in the process of early strength growth after poured,are easy to crack.Based on the construction of the Contract Section No.2 of Bayanchagan to Jining Expressway,this ar- ticle analysis the main factors causing cracks,and then presents some measures for prevention and control.At the same time,it emphasizes the control for the key working procedure under construction.The curing in growth of initial strength of concrete slabs,and the effective reduction in cement hydration heat,are the key to control or eliminate the cracks on the surface of con- crete voided slabs. |
