计算机联锁全电子三相交流转辙机控制模块

All-electronic Control Module of Computer Interlocking System of Three-phase AC Switches

The all-electronic computer interlocking system has entered into its experimenting and spreading stages.The core control module of the all-electronic computer interlocking system is introduced in this paper,in which the modularized electronic circuits replace the control circuits consisting of safety relays to drive the S700K series,ZDJ9 series and ZYJ series electric or electro-hydraulic switch machines.The "2-Vote-2" hardware structure of the all-electronic control module is discussed in detail.The circuit units such as the microcontroller circuit,driving circuit and signal acquisition circuit are analyzed deeply.The embedded software is described using the flow chart.The reliability and safety of the control module are calculated and assessed by FTA according to the EN50129 standards.It is seen that the control module ensures high safety required of the railway signaling system.Finally,the main safety factors of the module are analyzed,thus providing guidance in further improving module safety.
