高压富水岩溶隧道注浆帷幕技术应用研究

摘    要:帷幕注浆技术是岩溶隧道止水的有效方法,以宜万铁路马鹿箐隧道为依托,建立了隧道帷幕注浆数值模型,计算分析了不同帷幕注浆加固圈厚度、止浆岩盘厚度等参数对隧道围岩的位移、应力影响规律,确定了安全、经济、合理的帷幕注浆方案。结合工程实践,对注浆方式、注浆材料及参数、注浆结束标准及效果检查评定等设计要点以及帷幕注浆施工工艺进行了研究。该研究成果对高压富水岩溶隧道建设具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:The curtain grouting technology is effective method of water sealing in karst tunnel construction.Based on Maluqing Tunnel of Yichang-Wanzhou Railway,the article establishes a numerical simulation model of the curtain grouting to calculate and analyze the effects of grout thickness,and grout-sealing laccolith thickness on surrounding rock displacement and stress.A safe,economic and reasonable curtain grouting scheme is determined.In combination with the engineering practice,the design essentials such as gro...
