两台两线无站台柱雨棚最优柱距分析

摘    要:以雨棚的单位面积用钢量为主要控制指标,对比分析了工字型实腹钢梁+单钢管混凝土柱形式的雨棚分别在9 m、12 m、15 m1、8 m、21 m、24 m共6种柱距情况下的力学性能和经济性能。结果证明,两台两线无站台柱雨棚的抗侧移刚度随柱距的增大而减小,当柱距为15 m或者18 m时,结构刚度适中,结构各指标表现均较好;雨棚的总用钢量随着柱距的增大呈现出先减小后增大的趋势,其最小值位于15 m和18 m之间。故两台两线无站台柱雨棚的合理柱距为15 m或者18 m。

Abstract:Steel usage of unit area of canopy is the primary control index.It descrbies the comparative analysis of mechanical properties and economical properties of canopies with Ⅰ-section solid web steel beam and single steel tube column filled with concrete under 6 types of column-span conditions,which are 9 m,12 m,15 m,18 m,21 m and 24 m.The results show that lateral displacement stiffness decreases while the column-span of no-platform-column canopy with two platforms and two lines increases.Structural stiffness is moderate and all index of structure behaving well,when column-span is 15 m or 18 m.The total steel usage of canopy has the tend to decrease first and then increase when the column-span increases.The minimum value occurs between 15 m and 18 m.Therefore the best column-span is 15 m or 18 m for the No-Platform-Column Canopy with two platforms and two lines.
