基于Optistruct的防爬器结构优化设计

摘    要:采用基于Optistruct的尺寸优化和形状优化相结合的优化技术,探讨了产品结构的多目标多任务最优化设计方法,并以地铁吸能防爬器为例进行了同时满足静强度和碰撞设计2种目标要求的优化分析,最后通过静强度分析和碰撞仿真对优化结果予以验证,证实了该方法的有效性.
