摘    要:阐述了滑动轴承气穴损伤形成的机理,并针对铁路机车柴油机某型号增压器滑动轴承故障进行了具体分析,详细叙述了气穴侵蚀的产生、裂纹扩展到滑动轴承失效的全过程及其危害,提出了解决办法。

Abstract:The damage mechanism of sliding bearing's cavitation erosion was expounded,and the faults of turbocharger sliding bearing for locomotive diesel engine were analyzed.The whole process of sliding bearing's failure,including crack emergence,growth and its harm,was narrated,and the solutions were also put forward.
