摘    要:叙述了DQ45型钳夹车静强度试验时其钳形梁同一车耳孔处应力内外偏差较大、分布不均的现象。应用有限元分析技术,通过倾斜连接销的角度模拟试验承载装置上的车耳孔同轴度偏差,从理论上验证了试验承载装置上的车耳孔同轴度发生偏差是引起耳孔处应力内外偏差较大、分布不均的主要原因。

Abstract:The phenomina of big difference between inside and outside stresses,and the uneven distribution of stresses at the same ear hole of the schnabel during the static strength test for the DQ45 schnabel car are described.With the finite element analysis technology,by tilting of the angle of the joint bolt to simulate the axial deviation of ear hole on the load carrying device in test,it is proved theoretically that the axial deviation of ear hole on the load carrying device in test is the main cause to the big ...
