| 摘 要： | 针对高速动车组及其设备的层次化、模块化特点,从系统、分系统、装置、组件、部件、零件6个约定层次,对备件进行分级定义。针对高速动车组维修级别和备件管理需求,将高速动车组备件划分为动车所级备件、动车段级备件和主机厂级备件等类别。从故障后果、故障概率、价值高低等方面对高速动车组备件重要性进行综合评价,给出针对不同备件的库存策略。提出了高速动车组备件管理三维矩阵方法,该方法从备件目录、备件类别、储备策略3个维度对备件管理进行综合分析,为制定备件管理方案提供技术支持。
