摘    要:转向架交叉支撑装置交叉杆杆体压型处出现擦伤对铁路运输安全危害极大,交叉支撑装置报废更换也提高了检修成本,且更换工艺复杂,质量控制要求高.建议转K6型转向架厂修、段修时要按QCZ133JX-20-01图样焊装防止制动粱脱出挡块,并确保制动粱滑槽磨耗板边缘与挡块根部距离为(75±1)mm;转K2型转向架厂修、段修时应参照QCZ133JX-20-01图样焊装防止制动粱脱出挡块,并使制动梁滑槽磨耗板边缘与挡块根部距离为(35±1) mm.

Abstract:The abrasions at the profiling part of the cross rod of the cross-braced device in the bogie can do great harm to safety in railway transport.The scrapping and replacement of the cross-braced device increase the cost of inspection and repair.The technology of replacement is complex and the requirement for quality control is high.It is suggested that,during overhaul and depot repair of Zhuan K6 bogies,the stop shall be welded according to QCZ133JX-20-01 diagram to prevent the brake beam from breaking away,an...
