导流板设计方案的数值模拟与试验研究

摘    要:针对船舶柴油后排气在烟道内流动时易在拐角处形成大量气体涡旋且存在速度差明显的工程实际问题,特对烟道第二个拐角展开优化模拟分析,以期获得很好的系统流场均匀性。在圆弧型烟道拐弯处设计6种导流板填充方案,分析烟道内混合气体流速和压损的变化趋势,寻求最佳的优化方案。此外,根据模拟结果,搭建试验平台,通过试验来验证数值模拟的正确性。结果表明,在圆弧型烟道中,布置3块变弧长导流板对气体的引流效果最好,此时出口流速差值最小,压损最低。

Abstract:This paper after ship diesel exhaust flow in the flue, the corner is easy to form gas vortex, and the velocity difference obvious practical engineering problems, especially for flue expansion optimization simulation analysis, the second corner to the obtained very good flow field uniformity. In this paper, the filling scheme of six kinds of guide plate is designed in the circular arc type flue, and the change tendency of the mixture gas velocity and pressure loss in the flue gas is explored, and the optimal optimization scheme is sought. In addition, based on the simulation results, the experimental platform is constructed to verify the correctness of numerical simulation. Based on the experiment and simulation results concluded that the circular arc in the flue, arrangement of three variable arc length guide surface gas drainage effect is best, minimum value export velocity difference at this time, the lowest pressure loss.
