沥青混合料空隙率影响因素的灰关联分析

摘    要:基于几种不同沥青材料及级配类型的沥青混合料马歇尔试验数据,利用灰关联分析法分析了矿料级配、沥青原材料的性质、沥青质量分数、毛体积密度、吸水率等指标对沥青混合料空隙率的影响程度,并得出各相关因素对沥青混合料空隙率影响程度的排序结果。研究结果表明:灰关联分析法用于分析诸因素对空隙率的影响能获得较好的结果。基于灰关联理论的排序结果表明:沥青质量分数是影响空隙率最主要的因素,粒径小于0.075 mm细集料颗粒尽管在沥青混合料中所占的分量很少,但其影响程度却很高,因此,级配中应注意粒径小于0.075 mm颗粒质量分数的重要作用;吸水率值的大小既反映试件的密实程度又反映对有效沥青含量计算的准确性,也是影响空隙率的重要因素。

Abstract:Based on the data of the Marshall tests about asphalt mixtures with some different asphalt mixtures and gradation types,authors analyzed the relation degree among the voids in asphalt mixtures and some infection factors,such as mineral gradation,asphalt performance,asphalt content,bulk density,percent saturation,by the gray relation degree analysis method and got the sequence result of influencing degree of all kinds of influence factors to affect voids in asphalt mixtures.The results show that satisfied result can be got while gray relation degree theory is used to analyze all kinds of factors' influence to the voids.The sequence result based on the grey relation degree theory has shown that the asphalt content is the most principal influence factor for the voids of asphalt mixtures.Fine particle's diameter which is less than 0.075 mm has less volume fraction in the asphalt mixtures,but it has more influence to the voids of asphalt mixtures.Therefore,it must be noticed that particle diameter less than 0.075 mm is very important in the gradation;percent saturation indicates both the compactness degree of sample and the veracity of effective asphalt content,so it is an important influence factor for voids of the asphalt mixtures.
