外海混合梁刚构桥上构施工关键技术研究

摘    要:传统混合梁刚构桥施工一般采用挂篮或桥面吊机以小节段逐段施工方式实现合龙。当该型桥梁处于长周期大涌浪的外海环境时,桥梁施工将面临钢箱梁运输、吊装等受海况影响的难题。以长周期大涌浪海域的钢混叠合混合梁刚构桥上部结构施工为依托,对用于外海混合梁刚构桥上部结构施工关键技术进行研究。通过对上构施工所用的关键装备和关键工艺进行创新,将主梁施工专用装备多功能化,从而优化复杂结构体系施工的工序转换衔接;同时,采用梁上顶推合龙工艺,不仅优化了施工工期,而且降低了施工安全风险。

Abstract:The construction of traditional hybrid beam rigid frame bridge generally adopts cradle or bridge deck crane,constructed section-by-section until closure of whole bridge.However,when this type of bridge is in the open ocean environment with long cycle swell,the bridge construction will face problems such as transportation of steel box girder and hoisting that are affected by sea conditions.Based on the construction of hybrid beam rigid frame bridge in ocean with long cycle swell,the key technologies for superstructure construction of rigid frame bridge with hybrid beam in open seas are studied thoroughly.Through the innovations on the key equipment and key technologies used in the superstructure construction,multifunction of the equipment for main beam construction is achieved so as to optimize the process conversion and connection of complex structure system construction.At the same time,the technology of incremental launching and closing is used which not only optimizes the construction period,but also reduces the construction safety risk.
