| 摘 要： | 根据路边停车的实际情况，对车辆驶入驶出泊位造成的车流延误进行了分析，建立了车辆驶入泊位造成的延误模型；同时还对实施路边停车后影响通行能力的各种因素进行了详细的分析，并给出了不同的道路组织情况下的通行能力计算方法。为评价路段服务水平、实施路边停车提供理论支持。

| Abstract: | Based on the actual status of curbside parking, traffic delay caused by vehicles putting in and off parking space was analyzed in the paper.A specific delay model was established for vehicle putting in parking space.Meanwhile,an analysis was carried out in details on factors those affect road capacity by curbside parking, and different calculation method of road capacity was provided for different operation design,which will provide a theoretical support to evaluate road service level and implement curbside... |
