越南Ha Noi市土地利用变化分析

采用LUCC单一动态度、综合动态度模型和LUCC转移矩阵分析研究了越南Ha Noi市2000—2010年的LUCC空间格局变化,土地利用动态变化。分析结果表明:在2000—2010年内,HaNoi市土地利用变化较大,其中专用设施用地面积由于转移到居住用地等各种土地而减少,农业产业用地面积变化最大也最活跃,林业用地、未利用土地是减少,而其他农业用地、水产地、居住用地、信仰-宗教用地、坟地、水域、其他非农业用地出现了增长;从土地利用综合动态度来看,2000—2005年的土地利用的综合动态度比2005—2010年活跃,具体2000—2005年Ha Noi市LUCC综合利用年变化率为0.824 6%;2005—2010年LUCC综合利用年变化率为0.597 81%。

Land Use Change of Different Districts in Ha Noi City,Vietnam

The LUCC single dynamic index model and comprehensive dynamic index model and matrix analysis were used to study the LUCC space pattern change and the land-use dynamic change in urban of Ha Noi,Vietnam.The results show that from 2000 to 2010,the land-use changed greatly caused by some apparent changes including: the special facilities area were changed into residential land and other kinds of land;the agricultural land area changed greatly and actively;the woodland area and unused land area were reduced.By contrast,the other agricultural land,aquatic land,urban land,faith-religion land,graveyard,waters and other non-agricultural land increased.As to the comprehensive land use dynamic degree,it was more active from 2000 to 2005 compared with the period from 2005 to 2010.The number of comprehensive land use dynamic degree index is 0.8246% actually in 2000-2005.It has decreased to 0.59781% during 2005-2010.
