摘    要:通过对当前国有港口企业人才引进、培养、使用环境和机制现状的研究,结合国有港口企业的人才特点,提出破解国有港口企业从规范人才引起渠道,建立健全人才培养、考核制度,为人才发展营造公平公正的大环境,以及如何完善有利于人才发展的激励和晋升机制的若干方法.

Abstract:Some suggestion on personnel selection of specialized personnel training plan will be put from view of training target and system of examining and assessment. Breaking the Bottleneck of personnel selection in state-owned pont enterprise is a vital step of talent and specialized personnel training as well as imported talents. How to foster a fair and comprehensive personnel system needs our more joined-up thinking.
