基于行业评价的高职品牌专业建设的内涵及实现路径研究

本文从高职院校专业设置及人才培养标准的确定、人才培养方案的制定、课程体系建设、实践教学、师资队伍建设等方面,分析了基于行业评价的高职品牌专业建设的内涵及实现路径。提出以培养的人才受不受行业企业欢迎,作为衡量高职教育人才培养的最终标准,按照行业标准制订培养计划,以应用为目的构建课程体系,必须以行业、企业科技和社会发展的先进水平为标准开展高职实践训教学,通过学校老师和企业工程技术人员的双方流动,以实现高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设。

On Construction of Brand-name Specialties in Higher Vocational Colleges based on Industry Evaluation

Based on industry evaluation ,this essay explores ways of constructing brand‐name specialties in higher vocational colleges from specialty setting ,talents training planning ,cur‐riculum system construction ,skills training and teaching staff building ,etc . Higher voca‐tional talents training quality will be evaluated by the industry standards .Therefore ,talents training program should be made according to the industry standard , curriculum system should be constructed towards practical application ,skills training should be carried out fol‐lowing the standard of the advanced industry level , and ＆quot;double‐quality teaching staff＆quot;should be built by exchanging of teachers and technicians .
