沪宁城际铁路轨道高低不平顺状态分析

摘    要:为分析轨道高低不平顺对沪宁城际铁路列车运行动力学性能的影响,建立了车辆轨道耦合模型,计算得到不同轨道谱激扰下的列车动力学性能指标,包括沪宁城际铁路实测轨道不平顺、秦沈有砟、无砟谱和德国高干扰、低干扰谱.经对比分析,结论如下:沪宁城际轨道谱实测不平顺激扰下,列车各项动力学性能指标均为最优值,且满足相应限值要求,反映出沪宁城际轨道良好的平顺性;其他4种轨道谱激扰下列车各项动力学性能指标也均满足相应限值要求,能够保证列车舒适度及行车安全.研究成果可为沪宁城际铁路养护维修中轨道高低不平顺管理提供参考.

Abstract:In order to analyse the influence of track vertical profile irregularity on vehicle dynamic response of Shanghai-Nanjing intercity high-speed railway (HN),a vehicle-track coupling model is established to calculate the indicators of the dynamic response of vehicle under various track conditions,which include the track vertical profile irregularity spectra of HN,Qinhuangdao-Shenyang passenger dedicated line (QS) and German railway (GR).By comparing these indicators,the conclusions are as follows:the indicators of the dynamic response of vehicle are not only under the relevant limits but also the best under HN track spectrum excitation,which indicates that the track regularity of HN is excellent.All the indicators also meet the relevant limit under the other four track spectra excitation,which indicates that the comfort and traffic safety of trains can be guaranteed.The research results can provide references to track profile irregularity maintenance of HN.
