摘    要:为研究在地铁隧道掘进过程中,大直径盾构下穿北京机场快轨高架桥梁的安全控制技术,基于数值模拟、室内实验及实际工程分析的方法,通过数值模拟软件建立了盾构下穿高架桥各个阶段的计算模型,由室内实验得出了适用于大直径盾构的添加剂参数,并通过实际工程中盾构掘进情况的反馈,得出了适用于下穿高架桥梁的盾构掘进参数.最后通过监测点的布置、量测及分析,得出了盾构穿越引起结构变形分为4个阶段,可为类似条件下的盾构掘进控制安全管理提供参考.

Abstract:In order to study the safety control technology of large diameter shield tunneling under the viaduct of Beijing airport express in the process of tunnel construction,based on the numerical simulation,the experiment,and practical engineering,the simulation model of the shield tunneling under the viaduct of each stage was established through numerical simulation software.By indoor experiments,the additive parameters suitable for large diameter shield was got.Through the feedback of the actual engineering shield tunneling,the shield tunneling parameters that fit for the tunnel crossing the viaduct was obtained.Finally,through the monitoring point arrangement,measurement and analysis,the deformation induced by shield tunneling structure was divided into four stages,which can provide reference for management and safety control of shield tunneling under similar conditions.
