非接触式IC卡在高速公路中的应用研究

论述非接触式IC卡可作为车辆上路必须携带真实证件及可实现性。IC卡上记录有车辆车牌、车型、车种等信息,该卡作为高速公路的通行卡使用后,不需要在高速公路出入口收费车道上安装车牌识别设备,能够杜绝司机逃避交纳过路费、杜绝收费员贪污行为的发生,可以取消路段中心及收费站的收费监控,对入口收费车道上的设备作一些改进可取消入口发卡员。

Research and Application of Contactless IC Cards in Expressway

This article discusses the feasibility of contactless IC Card as an authentic credential which should be carried by vehicles. This IC Card keeps the information about the license plate, type and species of the vehicle, after putting into use as a toll expressway pass card with some devices mounted at the toll expressway entrance no more license plate recognition equipment is needed. This will prevent drivers from evading paying toll as well as prevent toll collectors from embezzlement,so that the monitors used in toll center and toll stations can be cancelled, even the staffs working in the entrance to issue the cards will be unnecessary if some improvement of the equipments is made.
