摘    要:浅层注胶法在治理高速铁路路基翻浆病害时存在耐久性低、基床翻浆反复等问题,为此,采用一种深层注胶工艺对路基基床进行整体加固和对路基基床与底座板之间缝隙进行填充,将材料注入基床表层路基中,能够有效整治翻浆病害,提高列车运行的平顺性。研究表明:(1)由于基床表层排水不畅、级配碎石中含泥量高等因素,在列车循环动荷载作用下,泥浆及碎石颗粒不断被带出,从而导致路基翻浆病害;(2)深层注胶工艺采用不同的注胶材料,不仅填充了基床与底座板之间的孔隙,且在基床中渗透扩散,对基床进行整体加固;(3)深层注胶工艺应用于I型无砟轨道板翻浆病害治理中,可有效降低轨面不平顺性,治理后,振动加速度时程减小12%,动检车峰值高低和长波数值明显减小(峰值减小84.8%),并维持稳定。

Abstract:Shallow glue injection methods for high-speed railway subgrade frost and pumping diseases,have problems such as low durability and repeated frost boiling of subgrade bed.Therefore,in this study,a deep glue injection process was adopted to reinforce the subgrade bed and fill the gap between subgrade bed and base plate.The material was injected into the surface which can effectively treat frost boiling diseases and improve the stability of train operation.Research shows that:(1)Due to the poor drainage of the surface layer of the subgrade bed and the high mud content in the graded crushed stone,the mud and crushed stone particles were continuously carried out under the action of the train cyclic dynamic load,resulting in the frost boiling diseases of the subgrade;(2)The deep glue injection process adopted different glue injection materials,which not only filled the pores between the subgrade bed and the base plate,but also permeated and diffused in the subgrade bed to reinforce the subgrade bed;(3)The deep glue injection process was applied to the treatment of type I ballastless track slab boiling diseases,which can effectively reduce the track irregularity.After the treatment,the vibration acceleration was reduced by 12%,and the peak height and long wave value of the track inspection carp were significantly reduced,the peak value was reduced by 84.8%and remains stable.
