| 摘 要： | 随着汽车工业的不断发展,实施OJT培训已经成为企业发展不可缺少的一项内容,实施OJT在降低成本、提高质量和缩短交货期方面被证明有显著作用。结合东风公司车身厂成功实施OJT为案例,讨论了OJT培训实施的4个阶段,即计划阶段、分析阶段、实施阶段和改善阶段,并对该项目在这个企业中的实施效果做出评价。

| Abstract: | With the automobile industry development, it is necessary for automobile enterprises to implement OJT training, which is proved significant in reducing cost, improving manufacturing quality and shortening delivery period. Taking Body Factory of Dongfeng Motor Corporation for example, OJT training in four steps was discussed such as plan, analysis, implementation and improvement. The application of OJT training in the enterprise was appraised. |
