发动机振动测试信号处理及分析软件设计

摘    要:基于Matlab GUI平台设计了振动测试信号处理与分析软件,其可以快速地处理分析数据。通过某发动机悬置系统振动信号实例验证了软件的信号预处理、信号时域分析、信号频域分析功能,其可视化输出得出悬置振动信号能量在X方向主要集中在频率50Hz、75Hz和160Hz左右,Y方向主要集中在频率50Hz和160Hz左右,Z方向主要集中在频率50Hz和160Hz左右。相干分析结果基本都大于0.8,判定频响分析可靠,进而通过判断悬置上下所测信号幅值大小,判定该发动机悬置减震效果。该软件能有效快速地处理分析振动信号。

Abstract:The vibration testing signal processing and analyzing software was designed based on Matlab GUI, which can batch and analyze lots of data. The software functions of signal preprocessing, signal time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis were verified by the engine suspension vibration signals. It was obtained through the visualization output that the suspension vibration signal energy of the X direction was mainly concentrated in the frequency of 50 Hz,75 Hz,160 Hz, the energy of Y direction mainly in the frequency 50 Hz,160 Hz, the energy of Z direction mainly in the frequency 50 Hz,160 Hz.The coherence analysis results were greater than 0.8, which can determine that the frequency response analysis is reliable, and the amplitude frequency curve of the frequency response function can testify the engine suspension's damping effect. The software can quickly analyze the vibration signals.
