检察官担负着维护宪法、法律统一正确实施的重要职责,其特定的职权内容决定了检察官职业的特殊性,从而决定了对检察官的管理必须符合检察权运行规律和检察官职业特点。通过建立和完善检察官责任、错案追究、监督管理等制度机制,不断增强检察官的独立性,使检察官成为权力和责任的统一体;通过对检察官的任用、考核与激励,不断提高其工作能力与水平,推进检察官职业化建设。

The professional characteristic of prosecutors is determined by its specific function and power contents, so that management of prosecutors must be in conformity with the operating law of procuratorial power and professional characteristic. The prosecutors will become the unity of power and responsibility through establishment and improvement mechanisms such as prosecutor responsibility system, misjudged case investigation system and supervision and management system to continuously enhance the independence of prosecutors. Through appointment, appraisement and incentive of prosecutors, their working ability will be improved and the professionalization will be promoted.
