| 摘 要： | <正> 糖尿病可合并神经系统各种病变,且神经系统方面疾病如遗传病、变性病、运动神经元病等也可合并糖尿病,两者关系日益密切。我们自1979年10月—1981年7月观察了80例糖尿病合并神经系统并发症(内科78例,神经科2例隐性糖尿病并发脑血拴形成)报告如下:

Complications of the Nervous System in Diabetes Mellitus-Clinical Analysis of 80 Cases |

| Abstract: | Eighty cases of diabetes mellitus with neuropathy were analysed from October, 1979 to July, 1981. The incidence of diabetic neuropathy was 81％ in this group, and most of the cases had peripheral neuropathy (79.1％). Parasthesia, spontaneous pain, impotence, dysfunction of vibration sensibility and tendon reflexes, and a reduced motor nerve conduction velosity in electromyogram were used as an index for early diagnosis (in over 50％ of the eases). The decreased blood supplies of the lower limbs on rhegraphy in 40％ of the cases were paralleled with the above mentioned index, which is valuable for early diagnosis. The clinical features, pathology, etiology of diabetic neuropathy are discussed. |
