| 摘 要： | 对某型汽车变速器进行了虚拟装配仿真研究。应用Pro/ENGINEER装配仿真技术,实现了装配零件位姿和运动变换;利用Pro/TOOLKIT开发技术,通过人机交互界面,实现了汽车变速器装配建模和动态装配过程仿真。该方法可改善目前虚拟装配技术局限于静态装配干涉检查的状况。

| Abstract: | Research virtual assembly simulation of a vehicle gearbox.Apply Pro/ENGINEER assembly simulation technology to realize the exchange of position and movement of assembly parts;and apply Pro/TOOLKIT development technology and through man-machine interactive interface to realize the whole virtual assembly process of gearbox assembly modeling and assembly simulation.This method improves current virtual assembly technology,which is limited to the condition of static assembly interference check. |
