摘    要:市场竞争加剧,产品个性化程度提高,先进制造技术产生,信息化、网络化、全球化,推进“动作与时间的研究”(motion and time study),使生产制造系统快速响应市场。探讨信息化、网络化、全球化技术在柔性制造系统及其动力学模型中的应用。柔性制造系统的优势,不是靠投入大批先进昂贵的硬设备,而是重视信息和人的参与。运用计算机网络平台数控技术,提升产品质量控制,生产周期控制、成本控制指标。

A Probe into the Cabinet Flexible Manufacture Systems

Abstract:The increased market competition brings about the improvement of the extent for product individualization, the generation of the advanced manufacturing technology, informationization, network and globalization and the propulsion of the study on motion and time so that the manufacture systems can make a quick response to the market. This essay investigates into the application of the informationization, network and globalization technology in the flexible manufacture systems and its dynamics model. The advantage of the flexible manufacture system is not to put a large batch of advanced expensive equipment into use, but to emphasize the information and human involvement, to make use of the computer network platform and NC technology, to improve the control on product quality, production cycle and cost index.
