摘    要:介绍孝襄高速公路OGFC-13试验段的施工配合比,设计了高洒布量的乳化高粘度改性沥青作为防水粘结层新结构。针对OGFC空隙率大、散热快、掺纤维难拌和、高粘度沥青易粘轮的特点和难点,研究了有特色的拌和、摊铺、碾压等施工工艺。

Abstract:This paper introduces the construction mix proportion of OGFC-13 trial road of Xiao-Xiang expressway in Hubei province.We designed new seal-water structure of sprinkling emulsified high viscosity asphalt.Its high air voids results cooling quickly,fiber component results mixing difficulty, and high viscosity asphalt results adhering wheel when compacted.According to these problems,we researched construction technology of OGFC-13 about mixing,paving and compacting.
