| Abstract: | The construction of rural highway has been obtaining outstanding achievement in our country.However,with the increasing mileage highway in the countryside,the maintenance lagging problems becomes deteriorating much more,and the lacking maintenance funds is the key elements of maintenance.Therefore,the lacking funds is an urgent problem need to solved in rural highway maintenance. |
