| 摘 要： | 客车NVH性能已成为评价客车性能的重要指标之一。本文分析了常规的客车设计开发流程中存在的对车辆NVH性能设计及控制不足的问题,以某款客车实车存在的噪声、振动和舒适性等问题为例,分析问题,查找原因,探索解决客车NVH问题的最佳方法,提出了将车辆NVH开发纳入客车产品开发流程的构想,详细描述了客车NVH开发流程中设计目标设定、分解、达成及验证。

| Abstract: | NVH performance has become an important indicator of bus performance evaluation.The inadequate design and control of NVH performance of the bus during the conventional vehicle design and development process has been analyzed in the paper.Noise,vibration and harshness issues of a certain type of bus have been analyzed to find the reasons and explore the best way to solve the problems of bus NVH performance.A concept has been put forward to bring bus NVH performance into the product development process.Setting,decomposing and achieving the targets and verifying the results during the bus NVH performance development process has been described in detail. |
