柴油机共轨式电控高压喷射技术

摘    要:电控分配泵、TICS泵能有效地改善柴油机的动力性、经济性和排放特性,但仍受原机械式喷射系统的限制,而不能自由、灵活地控制喷油规律。共轨式电控高压喷射系统是针对严格的汽车排放法规要求而研发的一项高压喷射技术。介绍柴油机共轨式电控高压喷射系统的特点、类型,ECD-U2型高压共轨喷射系统的组成和控制技术。

Abstract:Electronic Controlled,TICS pump can effectively improve the engine's power,economy and emission characteristics,but still the original mechanical injection system of restrictions,not free,flexible control of injection rate.Common Rail high-pressure injection system for stringent vehicle emissions regulations and developed a high-pressure injection technology.This article describes the high-pressure Common Rail Diesel injection system features,types,and to ECD-U2-type high-pressure common rail injection system is typical,describes its composition and control technology.
