高速公路建设项目跟踪评价指标体系和方法研究

从项目跟踪评价理论和方法的研究分析入手,结合高速公路建设项目的特点和实施情况,提出高速公路建设项目跟踪评价的概念,参考层次分析法建立递阶层次结构的思路,建立高速公路建设项目的跟踪评价指标体系;采用集值迭代法确定指标权重并用G1法进行验算;然后应用线性模型对高速公路建设实施情况做出综合评价和分析;这种评价使得对项目过程控制建立一种及时的反馈机制成为可能。

Study of index system and method for follow-up evaluation on expressway construction project

This article put forwards the concept of follow-up evaluation on expressway construction,in combination with the features of the project and the state of implementing according to the evaluation theory and the process control for follow-up evaluation,by reference to the hierarchical structure with Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP） to set up the index system for follow-up evaluation on expressway construction project.The weight of index was determined with set-value iteration and checked with G1 method.The situation of expressway construction was evaluated comprehensively and was analyzed with linear model.This evaluation method makes it possible to set up the mechanism of feedback in good time for project control.
