| 摘 要： | 在阐述计算城市机动车排放因子的重要意义的基础上，介绍基本排放因子的计算且通过实例提出简化计算方法，并着重阐述计算城市机动车污染物排放因子的MOBII正模型法和MVEI模型法．对于评估城市空气质量环境质量、制定管理政策、采取适宜的整治措施都有着极为重要的意义。

| Abstract: | On the basis of explaining the significance of calculating the city vehicle emission factors, the calculation of basic emission factors is introduced and the simplified calculation method with practical examples are put forward. MOBILE model and MVEI model methods to calculate the city vehicle emission factors are focused on. It is positive to urban air quality and environmental quality evaluation, management policy establishment and adopting proper management measures. |
