Abstract: | Both the supply channel and distribution channel determine the survival of the franchisers. Good supply channel can help franchisers get the products at low price while , good distribution channel can help franchisers realize their marketing goal to gain profit. Good channel management can bring franchisers both good supply channel and good distribution channel. |
