非连续干线绿波带控制研究

摘    要:城市交通流随着时间的变化呈现明显的高峰和平峰交替的现象,传统连续干线绿波带控制对于高峰状态下的交通流有很好的效果,可以充分利用被控相位的绿灯时间,但对于车流量较少的平峰状态却不能较好地适应,往往造成被控相位绿灯时间和交叉口通行能力的损失。针对该问题提出了一种在平峰状态下的非连续干线绿波带控制方法,并依托临汾市交通自适应控制系统项目进行了实际应用,结果显示了采用本控制方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:Peak traffic flow and flat one constantly appears alternately. Traditional approaches ot continuous green wave of main line controlled traffic flow well in peak situation, which could fully use green time of controlled phase. However, they were not suitable for the flat situation, which would result in the loss between phase green times and intersection capacity. To resolve this problem, the article proposed a control method which aimed for discontinuous green wave of main line in a flat condition. At the same time, the approach was applied to the adaptive traffic control system programs in Linfen, of which the result suggested that this kind of control method turned out to be feasible and effective.
