数码电子雷管在铁路隧道掘进爆破中的应用

摘    要:以贵广高速铁路棋盘山隧道掘进爆破施工为例,介绍了隆芯1号数码电子雷管及铱钵起爆系统在隧道掘进爆破中的应用,并与使用非电导爆管毫秒延期雷管时的爆破效果进行对比分析,数码电子雷管能有效提高爆破能量的利用,减少炸药的用量,提高周边光面爆破效果,同时具有减震、降噪等诸多减少次生灾害的明显优势,在隧道掘进中具有更广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Taking the blasting construction of Qipanshan Tunneling of Wuguang High-speed Rail as an example,it is found that the longxin-one digital electronic detonator and iridium bowl initiation system can improve the utilization efficiency of blasting energy effectively,reduce the amount of dynamite and increase the blasting effect at surrounding smooth plane,in contrast with the non-electric blasting construction of millisecond delay detonator.In addition,the former can reduce many secondary disasters,such as damping,noise reduction,etc.In the future,it should have more broad application prospects at tunneling construction.
